KNOTTY GREEN began with a simple idea: hospitality can start before the table. The route, the sound underfoot, the first turn and the last cup all belong to the same experience.
The architecture is intentionally quiet. Raw stone, brushed metal, timber and dense planting create a neutral frame for seasonal light.
